Eating healthy isn’t all about calorie and sugar gram counting, it’s about enjoying food prepared with quality ingredients that come from the place where you are. This can be a challenge in Arizona, especially as we head into the hell days of summer, but Bourbon Steak at the Fairmont Scottsdale is proving it can be done at a special Farmer in the House dining experience on May 14.
Executive Chef Chris Curtiss is partnering with Patrick Duncan of Duncan’s Trading company to highlight organic produce in a lavish five-course feast paired with wines chosen by Sommelier Thomas Klafke. Each course highlights a different vegetable from beets to squash blossoms paired with proteins like slow roasted King salmon and duck breast with foie gras.
The dinner begins at 6:30 and is $115/person. To reserve your spot at the table call 480-513-6002.
